Rampart is licensed on an annual subscription basis. We provide a free trial to allow customers to fully evaluate the product prior to purchase.
We stand behind Rampart and offer a limited refund policy for first-time purchases, as outlined below.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
We offer a 30-day refund on first-time licence purchases if Rampart does not meet your expectations.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- If approved, the refund will be processed in full and the associated licence will be revoked.
Eligibility
A refund may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 30 days of the original purchase
- The purchase is the first Rampart licence for the customer
- The licence has not previously been refunded
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds are not available for:
- Licence renewals
- Licence upgrades (e.g. Basic to Professional)
- Purchases made after a prior refund
- Requests submitted after the 30-day period
- Partially used licence periods
- Prorated or unused subscription time
All licences are sold as annual, non-prorated subscriptions.
Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@gswsystems.com with your order details.
Refund requests are reviewed manually. If approved:
- The licence will be immediately revoked
- Any associated activation keys will be disabled
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refund processing times depend on the payment provider.
Australian Consumer Law
This refund policy operates in addition to any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund or remedy if the product has a major failure, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. This policy does not limit or exclude those rights.
